There are many information about bands and artists (that you can find on Wikipedia, many websites and their official sites) if you know them. In this idea, my aim is to help people discovering new bands / artists and new musical genres. I prefer focusing on the music, so I want to add some YouTube links with songs. This website is about metal artists and bands. The point is people have different ways to understand what metal music. This place's goal is to be a database for people who want to discover these several musical genres and artists. There are two other databases : Gothic DB (about gothic bands and artists) and Darkness DB (about other bands and artists who play experimental, medieval music, etc. for example)
